Job Title: Nespresso B2B Marketing Manager

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent

Experience: 5 years relevant experience in Marketing Management with experience in managing B2B/Out of home portfolio and experience with digital lead generation and CRM/customer lifecycle management.

Position Summary

Responsible for defining the strategic goals to achieve the annual B2B business objectives. As well as for performance, brand health and brand visibility across all touchpoints. You will acquire new customers through (digital) marketing initiatives and support the sales team in creating relevant & exceptional brand experiences for the business market while building the reputation of the Nespresso Professional brand.

A day in the life of a Nespresso B2B Marketing Manager
  • The portfolio strategy based on consumer and market insights with a positive impact on leads and revenue.
  • The brand communication strategy to increase awareness of the Nespresso Professional brand, together with the brand communication team.
  • Pro-actively explore new lead generation strategies and tactics.
  • The E-com strategy, driven by performance marketing and lead generation in close collaboration with our E-Commerce team.
  • Implement global product launches & themes to market needs
  • Event strategy to drive lead generation and identify, develop, and roll out
  • Locally relevant content to arouse the interest of potential customers in the hospitality & office segment.
  • The visibility of Nespresso Professional at all touch points and locations.
  • Customer lifecycle activities & roadmap in collaboration with the Customer Experience team.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Completed Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.
  • 5 years experience in Marketing Management with experience in managing B2B/ Out of home portfolio.
  • Experience with digital lead generation and CRM/customer lifecycle management
  • Experience in marketing research /PR end to end marketing exposure.
  • Visually strong, eye for detail.
