Sales Administrator (Motor Dealer)
Job Description
Assistance to be given to the Motor Segment i.e. Following up on client queries, outstanding fitments, rebooking of fitments, generation of fitment certificates, reporting relevant to the Motor segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with incoming calls from internal and external clients
- Assist with customers queries and provide feedback timeously
- Escalate queries to the correct department and diarise to ensure that the query is resolved and
- Follow up on leads received via systems integration, emails or telephonically
- Provide support to the Planning and Telesales department with customers that are uncontactable
fitment date confirmed with them
- Ensure that the pending fitments are being driven down and provide support to ensure fitments are
- Generate fitment certificates to clients / partners when required
- Monitor sales statistics
- Provide sales reporting
- Ensure that consultants are kept up to date with new leads and any challenges experienced
- Ensure the Sales Manager is made aware of any concerns which can impact on sales performance
- Capture manual applications onto CRM when necessary
- Matric
- National Diploma in Marketing advantageous
- 2+ years Sales Administration experience
