New Car Sales Manager required for a luxury brand passenger vehicle Dealership. Join this winning team overseeing the Sales department of a world renowned brand! Duties:
- Manage the vehicle new sales department
- Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
- Ensure sales and CSI targets are met / exceeded
- Grow market share
- Deal Builder
- Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels
- Control departmental expenses and ensure timeous payment by customers
- Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts department
- Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department
- Motivate, Inspire, And Involve Sales Staff
- 3-5 years of relevant experience on a managerial level within the automotive industry
- Motivational personality
- Able to create Sales using all methods, including Social Media etc
- Team player
- Target/Goal driven
- Extremely good with client relationships
- Must have a proven track record. Proof will be required to be submitted
- Stable working career Essential
