- Deal with all performance, grievance and IR related issues in a legally compliant and professional way.
- Conduct all investigations regarding theft and other disciplinary issues.
- Issue the relevant Disciplinary action and documentation.
- Arrange and sit in disciplinary hearings.
- Ensure that all IR related employee documents are signed and are in the employees file.
- Preparation of Notice to attend a hearing, absconsion, written warnings etc.
- Notify all necessary people including the employee of the findings.
- Attend CCMA/BC cases on behalf of the company.
- Ensure De-Merit Point Warnings are Issued.
- Ensure Alert Warning on points are issued.
- Qualifications in Labour Law.
- HR Diploma will be an advantage.
- Drivers License and Own vehicle.
- At least 3 Years Experience.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience from food or aviation industry will be an advantage.
