We believe our venture's consulting business has significant opportunity and we are seeking an accomplished Lead Consultant to play a pivotal role in leveraging our unique dataset for delivering exceptional consumer research and strategic consulting services.
Position Overview:
The Lead Consultant will be instrumental in shaping and leading our venture's consulting business, setting the standard for consumer insights in the industry. This client-facing role demands an individual with a proven track record in strategic consulting, utilizing authentic transaction data to provide clients with genuine and impactful insights.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy for the venture's consulting business.
- Forge strategic partnerships with clients, showcasing the power of our real transaction data for consumer research.
- Collaborate with leadership to define target markets and establish a strong presence in the industry.
- Utilize our unique consumer transaction dataset to offer clients profound analyses of market trends, competitor landscapes, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
- Craft and present strategic recommendations based on genuine, data-driven insights, guiding clients in making informed decisions.
- Lead client engagements, delivering high-impact presentations, and providing actionable consumer insights.
- Build and lead a high-performing consulting team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Mentor team members, share your expertise and contribute positively to a culture of shared growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our consulting offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, representing the company as a pioneer in genuine consumer insights.
- Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role, with a focus on delivering consumer insights.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship building.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for utilising real transaction data for consumer research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
