Night Club Stock Controller-Rosebank

Stock controller needed for new Night Club in Rosebank. Successful applicant will be responsible for all liquor stock control and stock ordering. Duties will include issuing and tracking stock during service. Must be able to calculate and manage bar cost. The suitable candidate will be able to work on Microsoft exel and do general administration.. Ideal for a candidate with good analytical skills. Four day work week. One day will be day/night time, other days are evening and night time only. Will only consider candidates with sober habits. Salary R 12 - 20K CTC depending on experience.
