Northcliff, Johannesburg: CONVEYANCER (CONVEYANCING ATTORNEY)
Minimum Requirements:
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public
-2 to 3 years post admission Conveyancer experience
-Independently functional
-Experienced in Transfers and Bond Registration documents
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey, Legal Perfect and Deed Searches
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full Conveyancer duties
Salary: R 18 000.00 – R 22 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
