Overview
Role Summary :
The Incumbent will be responsible for managing training interventions conducted within the Hospital Group as well as managing the performance management system and employment equity initiatives for the Hospital Group.
Key Work Output and Accountability :
- Manage all training programs, Including Learnerships, Bursaries & Development programmees, Liasing with HWSETA regarding Learnerships, Bursaries. Ensuring submission of EOI.
- Creations and managing the monthly training variance report for all business units.
- Identifying & Assessing future & current training needs through job analysis.
- Managing the performance Management system for the Hospital Group.
- Assist and Oversee the annual submission of the EE Reports / Plans & WSP/ATR for all business units.
Inherent Requirements :
- Grade 12 and an undergrad relevant qualification essential.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Experience in managing training for an organization will be advantageous with good leadership skills.
- Advanced level of computer literacy. Good computer and Database skills, Knowledge of Microsoft access will be advantageous.
- Proven Work Experience as training Manager.
- Ability to travel nationally & Internationally
