Job Description:
Here is an opportunity for you to join the team and provide and ensure comfort to patients during healthcare deliveries.
Your responsibilities will also include:
• Takes care of the ill and weak
• Assists nurses and doctors
• Makes sure patients are comfortable
• Feeds patients
• Makes beds
• Takes temperatures, pulses, blood pressure and weigh patients
• Puts patients at ease
• Help with putting on new bandages etc.
Qualifications:
Nursing Auxiliary certificate/Audiometrist
Registered with SASOHN (South African Society of Health Nurses)
Certificate in Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision & VCT
Experience:
1 year experience in a similar role
Risk management techniques and critical controls
Safety, health and environment, legislative, statutory, regulatory, and permitting requirements
Knowledge of relevant mining & labour legislation
Technical Skills:
Computer Skills – (MS Office)
Communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Background checks:
Successful candidates will be required to complete background screening, which may include a criminal check and validation of qualifications
