Office Admin / Helpdesk Operator
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years Reception and Office Admin experience is essential
Ideally experience in Managing a Call Centre or Help Desk operator position
Own transport is essential
Be fully Bilingual - English and Afrikaans
JOB DUTIES:
Office Admin and Co-ordination
Reception and Call Centre operations
Data capturing and updating of all client records on Excel
Organizing Travel and Accommodation
Accounts Administration - Invoicing , Basic Debtors
PA Duties to General Manager
Managing Diary and appointments
Typing of Letters and Correspondence
Going on client visits with GM to take minutes in board level meetings and presentations
Minute Taking
Ensuring all office admin is maintained and updated
Dealing with clients and providing client service
