Our client is looking for hardworking Administrator to join them in there office based in SunningHill,Sandton which is within the town and should be accessible by public transport, though does also have parking if required. The learnership is on a Contract basis, with potential for ongoing work; working hours being 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with the option to work overtime at the weekends.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for all calls in to the office
- General Administration
- Point of contact for engineers
- Dealing with purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Filing
- Quality checking customer information
- General administration roles that may include, answering calls, dealing with emails, posting documents etc
