Job requirements:
- Must reside within 7 km of Randburg
- Be clear well spoken in English
- No heavy accent
- Female 30+
- Have minimum 5 years admin experience on all levels
- Be proficient on Word, Excel, Windows 7, email an internet
- Own vehicle preferable
- Be professional
- Be task orientated and multitask
- Be very punctual
- Be systems driven, follow processes meticulously
- Be a strong personality
- Be extremely organized an efficient
Job responsibilities:
- Answer all calls
- Deal with clients professionally on the phone and email
- Call clients for payments weekly
- Reply to all emails
- Reconcile expenses
- Reconciled bank statements
- Filing
- Research online and obtaining quotes
- Scanning
- Emailing
- Data capturing in Excel
- Keeping Data spreadsheets up to date
