Office admin required

We are looking for a fantastic admin assistant to work with our team in Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs.

Job requirements:

  • Able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to deal with people honestly, openly and can work in a team.
  • Ideally based in the Northern Suburbs.
  • Competitive, a hard worker and proactive.
  • Must have a driver's licence.
  • Full training is given.
  • SAP business One knowledge useful but not essential.

Job responsibilities:

  • You will be assisting the account executives in researching client needs and providing solutions.
  • You will be setting up quotes, providing product information and samples.
  • You will assist clients from time to time directly with their enquiries.
  • You will be working in packaging supplying the beverage industry.
