Our Client seeks an Office Administrator to assist in all day to day Admin functions:
Successful candidate must: -
1. Have matric
2. At least 2 years admin knowledge
3. Good communication skills
4. Get along well with other staff
5. Computer literate
6. A insight into Health & Safety matters & willing to do a course
7. A enthusiastic personality
8. Excellent reconciliation skills
Key elements/functions for this position: -
All day to day Admin related functions
Creditor payment approvals
Assist Financial Manager with bank recons
Health & Safety inspections
Daily reporting to respective Managers
Staff record updates
Petty cash approvals of branches
Admin staff leave approvals
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary R 9500 per month + Medical Aid + Pension
