- The successful candidate will be accurate, organized, reliable, self-disciplined and well presented.
- The successful candidate will be a non-smoker with reliable transport and a valid drivers license.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans), good grammar and attention to detail.
- Good listening and communication ability.
- At least 3 years' experience within an office environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook email.
The appointment is junior-level. Typing experience will be considered an advantageous, but is not a requirement.
Duties includes, but are not limited to:
- Switchboard (no excessive incoming calls at once)
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Refreshments for guest.
- Filing
- Record keeping of office stationery and printing
