Job requirements:

- You will work hand and hand with the owner team and assist with all aspects of the administrative requirements.
- Confidence, hardworking, capable of multitasking with a positive, friendly attitude is something that will serve you well.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
- Well spoken with great telephone manners, must have legible hand writing
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of word and excel
- Planning with organised time management with good knowledge of Cape Town suburbs

- Team work, collaboration and communication a must
- Well groomed
- Non smoker (not negotiable)
- Must have own reliable transport to and from work
- Need to have at least 2-3 years admin experience
- Contract to end of December 2018
Working hours from 07h30 - 16h00
Job responsibilities:
- Filing
- Assist with bookings
- Assist all relevant team with every day running of business
- Adhoc work as it presents itself, each day will dictates it's own speed
