About The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager and the team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing human resources administration, coordinating office consumables, overseeing uniform orders, and planning events. You will also handle purchase orders, process quotes, arrange travel, manage monthly costs, and administer supplier and procurement processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing clients with information and managing library services. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
What You Will Bring
- Grade 12, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Office Administration or Coordination.
- Exceptional administration, planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficient email and telephone etiquette.
- Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel Advanced, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic financial skills and experience in report writing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
- Basic HR processes and office administration.
- Knowledge of file planning and document management systems.
You will be responsible for the following:
- In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and support tasks including:
- Raising and tracking purchase requisitions and orders for various services and business support.
- Managing staff onboarding and offboarding processes across all systems and platforms.
- Distributing company policies and SOPs, and ensuring acknowledgment from relevant parties.
- Ordering and monitoring inventory for office consumables and uniforms.
- Planning and organizing staff events.
- Sourcing quotes as needed and arranging travel for the Senior Management team.
- Handling filing, document management, and minute-taking for meetings as required.
- Registering and monitoring action items from meeting resolutions and following up with the management team on deliverables.
- Managing library services and assisting with visual report standardization to CBRE Excellerate.
- Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team effectively.
