Job responsibilities:
- Assistant to the Head of Operations.
- Support function, travel to our various operations.
- Developing and implementing systems.
- Project monitoring and reporting.
- Problem solving and must be able to work independent.
- Reporting on production. Compiling reports and presentations.
- Monitoring, managing projects, costing, quotes and progress.
- Performance monitoring, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Negotiating with clients and suppliers.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Office Administration.
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Microsoft Office proficient and email.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work long hours when required and travel.
- Ability to work under strict pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
