Job responsibilities:
- The office admin will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, sales and administrative support in order that frontline and support services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
- Management of resources for the company and record keeping
- Ensuring that office stationery and office consumables are always available and purchased on time
- Expediently answering of calls and transferring to the relevant person
- Clear and courteous telephone etiquette
- Ensuring that the reception area is manned at all times.
- Accommodate clients (internal and external) in a comfortable and professional manner
- Data Capturing
- Filing clients correspondence on database
- Client Services
Job requirements:
