Temporary half-day position available for an experienced office administrator in East London.
Job requirements:
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- At least 10 year's experience in general office administration
- Previous experience with quotations and invoicing
- Excellent knowledge of the English language as proof reading is required
- Must be a fast learner and quick to grasp procedural steps
- Must be organized, accurate and have good attention to detail
- Own transport
Preferences will be given should you meet the below criteria:
- Experience in the construction or insurance industry
- Experience working with tenders
