Small company in Centurion is seeking a PA/Administrator for a temporary 3 months position.
Job requirements:
- Must possess a formal qualification in PA/Secretarial/Receptionist.
- Must have minimum experience of 2 years in office mangement.
- Candidate must be able to provide full personal administrative support to management.
- Must be fully computer literate - excellency in MS Office- Word, Power Point, Excel.
- Candidate should be able to order materials, follow up on orders, do invoicing, timesheets.
- Should be able to develop and maintain a filing system.
- Highly organised individual who pays attention to detail.
