Office administrator/bookkeeper is required in New Germany, West Suburbs.
Job responsibilities:
- Quotations, Invoicing, Statements.
- Following up on late payments.
- Provide Financial Manager with Accounts Payable.
- Monthly Bank Recon for Two Companies and Trust.
- Monthly Income Statement, Sales Analysis and Cash Flow.
- Provide Accountants with documentation for VAT returns (monthly).
- Purchasing & Pricing of Spare Parts, Tools and Consumables - International & Local Suppliers.
- Processing Documentation from Purchase Order to Supplier Invoice.
- Arranging Import/Export and Local Shipping.
- Procurement of Factory Supplies & Materials.
- Sundry Office Equipment and Consumables.
- Stock Counts.
- Spares and Tooling Quotation/Sales.
- Scheduling Services/Support.
Job requirements:
- Experience working in Pastel Partner and QuickBooks (essential).
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel skills (essential).
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
