Our fast paced office in Northgate, Johannesburg requires a young, friendly office administrator/receptionist.
Job requirements:
- We seek a pro-active go getter candidate, who will take the initiative when needed.
- Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (may be required to work overtime on occasion due to operational requirements)
Job responsibilities:
- General administration.
- Answering the telephone, directing calls to the relevant staff members.
- Answering the door and directing of the visitors to the relevant meeting areas.
- Administration of the office- ensure smooth running of the office, including stationery, kitchen/ grocery stock, couriering, filling, setting up of the meeting and training rooms when required.
- Other ad hoc duties, such as obtaining quotes, placing order and assisting with the staff tuck shop.
