We are a hygiene company based in Maitland/Kensington looking for an office administrator to join our team.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage reception phone
- Take orders from customers and generate invoices
- Planning of supplier purchase orders
- Up sell to existing customers
- Assist with delivery schedules
- Call on debtors
- Assist with filing
- When days are quiet, we need someone who has initiative to call on customers, assist other employees, and just be of general assistance.
Job requirements:
- Good telephone skills (polite, well spoken)
- Experience in Customer Relations
- Computer literate
- Pastel experience vital
- Neat and tidy
- Punctual
- Organized
- Experience in the hygiene field advantageous, but not essential
