Office administrator required

We are a hygiene company based in Maitland/Kensington looking for an office administrator to join our team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage reception phone
  • Take orders from customers and generate invoices
  • Planning of supplier purchase orders
  • Up sell to existing customers
  • Assist with delivery schedules
  • Call on debtors
  • Assist with filing
  • When days are quiet, we need someone who has initiative to call on customers, assist other employees, and just be of general assistance. 

Job requirements:

  • Good telephone skills (polite, well spoken)
  • Experience in Customer Relations
  • Computer literate
  • Pastel experience vital
  • Neat and tidy
  • Punctual
  • Organized
  • Experience in the hygiene field advantageous, but not essential
