We have become extremely busy in this drought and are looking for an office administrator to run the operation efficiently so that we can green even more of the world. The EcoPools culture is professional but informal and friendly, and the office is set in a beautiful leafy suburban house in Plumstead.
Job requirements:
- This person should be locally based, and be able to start immediately.
- Ideally someone with a passion for green/eco friendly living.

- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Analytical, numeric orientated, attention to detail, accurate and well organized
- Strong problem solving skills
- Bright and agile mind
- An interest in broadening themselves in all aspects of life
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage their own workload whilst managing the flow of information for others
- Excellent computer skills
- Accounting/Bookkeeping knowledge
- South African citizenship
- Driver's license would help
- Office hours 8:00 – 17:00
- Salary depending on suitability and experience.

- Filing
- Emailing
- Answering the telephone
- Using the internet
- Stock control
- Administrative and some basic accounting duties
- Working with accountant
- Account reconciliation
- Dealing with clients telephonically
- General office management
- Providing accounts and administration support
