We are a company in the retail sector seeking an office administrator.
Job responsibilities:
- Liaising with suppliers
- Travel arrangements for staff
- Following up with suppliers and to give feedback
- All HR administration and delivery
- Capturing all staff loans, advances, fines, leave, paperwork and signing documentation
- Ordering and purchasing of all office supplies
- Sourcing of supplier quotations and comparing various quotes
- Set up, co ordination of staff training
- Assisting stock and operation with courier & Import document requests
- Company car fines and licenses to be arranged and managed
- Filing of general office documentation
- Answering telephone queries
- Co coordinating staff functions and occasional media events, marketing events and VIP events
- Emailing monthly turnover figures to malls
- Handling all Mall documentation, completing and filing for new stores and Lease renewals.
- Updating Gumtree ads and boosting and administration of the recruitment
- Maintaining & updating staff HR staff list with personal details and info for payroll
- Staff uniform Order and distribution liaising with Area managers.
- Administrator to all company departments
- Capturing daily store sales and expenses on excel sheet and reconcile to merchant and cash received
- Customer refunds and exchanges
- Liaising with store and customers re exchanges, following through on customer queries and refunds with Area Mangers
Job requirements:
- Good Interpersonal, organisational, methodical and planning abilities, multi-tasking and be flexible
- Self motivated, self disciplined, ability to work without supervision, follow instructions and use initiative
- Detail oriented
- Matric
- Driver’s license
- 3-5 years admin experience
- Working hours is Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
- Salary is between 8-10k per month depending on experience
