Our client with offices in BRYANSTON is seeking to recruit an Office Assistant
Responsibilities will include
o Sending receiving Emails, Faxes, Post, Courier
o General liaising with Public, Staff, Management
o Basic Data Capturing onto Excel
o Good filing skills
o Able to arrangement Appointments, take Minutes, distribute
o Placing Stationary, Office Supplies
o Assist accounts department with all administrative tasks
o Capturing monthly statements
