As part of SanlamConnect, Succession Financial Planning (SFP) is a financial services provider with a focus on the Registered Financial Adviser (RFA), looking to grow a professional practice while offering holistic financial planning to their clients. SFP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sanlam Group.
What will you do?
This role will support the Office manager who in turn reports to the Head of Finance
- Maintain and update supplier base, including master data
- Assist with spend / supplier analysis
- Loading of payments on the SAP4Hana System
- Liaise with suppliers as and when required.
- Assist with Asset and equipment inventory management.
- Collate information for financial reports
Qualification & experience
- Matric
- Relevant post matric qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years working experience in an office environment or 2 years as a SAP finance user
- Previous procurement / supply chain experience would be advantageous
- Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
