- Working hours: 08h00 16h00
- Assist Procurement Department and Product Development Team with project tasks and ongoing procurement processes to ensure quality service delivery to production team
- Coordinate product development project tasks by following up with internal and external role-players and update project sheets
- Take ownership of certain product development tasks that need to be actioned in-house
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers where mandated to do so and record all communication
- Work with suppliers to gather ETAs on items procured for production purposes and monitor arrival of certain items at factory
- Assist financial department team where mandated to do so on ad hoc basis or ongoing basis
- Responsible management of paperwork (completion, filing, recording) related to procurement and product development processes
- Professional communication via email (Outlook), WhatsApp and phone calls on daily basis
- Scheduling and arrangement of meetings where requested including minute writing
- Handling incoming calls into office
- Ensuring that the office is neat and organised
