The firm requires a Bookkeeper who will also be the go-to administrator in the office, providing administrative and operational support to the partners and other staff members. They will act as the Personal Assistant for the partners and assist with procurement, diary management, client meetings, reception etc. She will also be required to assist in the bookkeeping for the firm as a business entity.
No specific qualification is required, but you will need to have the experience to fulfill above tasks efficiently and be intelligent enough to learn fast and establish yourself as a crucial key player in the business. We need someone with energy and a positive attitude.
Requirements
Minimum Matric, tertiary qualification preferred.
Knowledge of Pastel / Sage preferred, knowledge of an accounting package is a prerequisite.
Own transport and valid driver's license.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
