Office assistant position available in Century City area.
We are looking for a young competent female to assist with the organization and running of the daily rentals maintenance portfolio and other administrative operations of the company.
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be a hard-working professional able to work diligently, under pressure with attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
- The candidate must be confident enough to be able to make decisions and work independently.
- Tasks include: maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing maintenance related communications, picking-up and delivering items, meeting with clients.
- Telephone skills, documentation skills, verbal communication, written communication, dependability, attention to detail
- Presentable
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)
- Matric certificate
- Own transport – must be able to visit various developments and run errands outside of office
