Requirements
- Own Vehicle – travelling involved
- Grade 12
- Degree / Diploma advantageous (Production / Supply Chain Management)
- ISO 9001
- FSSC 2200
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Staff management – must have managed not less than 5 employees
- Materials management
- Attention to detail, process-driven and able to implement stock controls
- Excellent administration skills
- Computer literacy advanced excel advantageous

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to;
- Maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flows
- Co-ordinate in Store Promotions from start to finish, responsible for arranging staff, transport, equipment and advertising.
- Communicate various events with the involved individuals, plan and organise for smooth Promotions.
- Responsible for confirming materials purchased for production
- Check that materials are purchased according to Company specifications
- On time deliveries from suppliers
- On time deliveries to manufacturer
- Ensure the production materials are accurate
- Compile and ensure production data file is always up to date
- Provide accurate information to contribute to the production planning and estimates
- Building and maintaining relationships with external parties
- Co-ordinate the movement of materials and final product
- Liaising with internal departments for production purposes
- Adhere to safe manufacturing procedures
- Adhere to food safety procedures
