We are seeking for a young professional with lots of common sense and problem solving capabilities to within the business on a full time basis. This position will also require dealing with vendors, insurance and utility companies.
We need someone who is confident and able to pick up the phone and solve billing issues as an everyday task. Telephone and good improvisational skills are key.

-Natural and professional phone manner
-Fluent written and spoken English
You MUST be competent using Microsoft EXCEL. We need someone with common sense that is intelligent, works quickly and can be relied upon not to make errors.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be expected to go from Office Manager to Head of Operations in a maximum period of 6 months.
