What you will do :
- File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and minutes of South African Leadership Team (SALT) meetings
- Maintain open communication with the SALT team, scheduling regular meetings and providing necessary information promptly
- Research and compile data for GM's documents using various software
- Handle incoming memos, make travel arrangements, and manage expenses for the GM
- Work closely with the GM, anticipating commitments, and staying well-informed of relevant issues
- Coordinate SALT Team meetings, retreats, and assist with company events
- Serve as a liaison between the GM and staff, ensuring smooth communication
- Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff on behalf of the GM, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Manage office services, evaluate policies, and assist in vendor selection
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent computer user skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and maintain an action-oriented approach
- Open to new challenges and able to embrace change with a positive and flexible mindset
