Job responsibilities:
- Overseeing office administration and finance (we have book-keeper)
- Administrative tasks and using a database
- HR admin and staff management
- Ensuring the office runs efficiently by using technology to streamline processes
Job requirements:
- Leadership and admin management skills
- Be proactive with strong problem solving abilities
- Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable with sticking to strict deadlines
- A passion for technology is essential (to be able to help, or learn to help, with ad hoc IT development and troubleshooting)
- Any university degree from a recognised research university
- 5 years office administration experience
- Above average IT skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Fast typer
- Experience with Microsoft Access Database
- Experience in desktop publishing using Adobe Indesign
- Interest in the world of business and economics
