Office Manager / Administrator / Payroll Manager required in Sandhurst.
Job responsibilities:
- Management of office
- Attending to payroll
- Assisting with HR employee files
- Maintain the leave register
- Coordinating Building maintenance issues
- Assisting with Office furniture maintenance and orders
- Manage the IT responsibility
- Managing and purchasing the office groceries
- Managing tenders and tender process
- Recruiting administrative and support staff
- Arranging Candidate Attorney Registration with Law Society
Requirements:
- Kindly note that this is a half a day position from 08:00am till 12:30pm.
- It will be based on a one year contract starting from 01 July 2018.
- Salary will be nett, R16,000.00 per month.
