Construction company in Johannesburg is expanding and is looking for an office manager.
Job responsibilities:
- Daily tasks of sending Quotations and Invoices
- Generating Orders and Job Card numbers
- Receiving and capturing Supplier Invoices
- Processing and capturing petty cash and petrol slips
Job requirements:
- Experience in performing Debtors and Creditors lists on a monthly basis.
- Be able to use and work on Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be familiar with accounting / stock management program, a full training course will be provided, on our specific system being used
- Candidate must be motivated and self driven, the position available comes with a lot of responsibilities and you must be able to manage your time successfully and at times under pressure
- We are looking for an individual who works well with people and is a team player
- Candidate must have a valid licence
