Humanz SA is looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
- Run the day-to-day operations activities of the office.
- Following the calendar of General Manager
- Plan and execute the companys recruitment and welfare activities and Operations.
- Be the face of the office to greet visitors and welcome / onboard new employees on their first and last day.
- Take responsibility over all office logistics and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, etc.)
- Contact & manage external vendors / service providers (cleaning services, building maintenance, etc.) and negotiate contracts.
- Working with a global HR team.
- Communicate with different suppliers regarding payments and invoices
- Making supplier and customer confirmations monthly.
- Collection process.
- Graduated from relevant departments
- Super-strong interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years experience as an Office Manager & HR Recruiter.
- Fluent English- both verbal and written - Must.
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and close the loop abilities to push the recruitment process to completion in an effective and fast manner.
