Looking for an office personal assistant in Cape Town.
Job responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls/referring inquiries correctly while providing basic information needed
- Maintains telecommunications system
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Arrange and or receive deliveries/couriers and sorting of mail
- General admin/clerical duties (e.g. assist accounts department with filing, copying and scanning)
- Any ad-hoc requirements
- Diary management for the MD and CEO – scheduling appointments and reminding to both
- General PA duties
- Assist in companies secretarial duties
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Booking all company travel – flights, car hire, accommodation, travel insurance both international and domestic
- Corresponding between suppliers, clients on behalf of the MD and CEO
- Events – year-end function and or any other company events
