- Maintain near misses, VFLs, incidents reports
- Participate in RCIs:
- Accidents
- IODs
- Compile SHEQ compliance file/ reports (monthly)
- Maintain the contracts monthly score card
- SHEQ meeting minutes
- Control Audits Corrective action plans
- Control and coordinate RCI KES Corrective Action plans
- Scheduling and conducting of Job Observation (announced and non-announced)
- Scheduling of Health and safety meetings
- Help in preparing awareness campaigns / information and presentations
- Co-ordinate ERPs
- Coordinate SHEQ training requirements
- Co-ordinate Walk about inspections reports
- Co-ordinate VFL reports
- Participate in depot/ branch/ contract audits and inspections
- Issue and Participates in Safety Stand Downs and toolbox talks
- Coordinate and compile SHEQ Compliance records
- Co-ordinate SHEQ Compliance issues
