Job Description
In and Out-bound Telephonic sales and customer service:
- To grow the Old Mutual Money Account customer base through cross selling, retention and contributing towards the achievement of the Old Mutual Money Account sales targets.
- Provide a service to customers in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards focusing mainly on switching existing customers salaries & debit orders to the Old Mutual Money Account.
- Attempt to resolve more complex queries and aim for first call resolution, but may escalate when necessary.
- Inform customers of the value proposition of the Old Mutual Money Account.
- Sales objection handling for effective account conversion.
- Achievement of Old Mutual Money Account sales targets and objectives, including new accounts, salary and debit order switching and driving revenue transactions.
- Convey updated and correct information regarding new products, new features, fees, rules and benefits
- Successfully completed Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Financial Services Industry in a Call Centre or Retail Branch
