We are looking for an amazing e-commerce product coordinator and online merchandiser to join our team at an art store in Salt River.
Job responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the online product catalogue across our own and our ecommerce partners websites.
- Adding new products to our website, with content-rich pages and maintaining product presentation and information. This includes stock taking and inventory management tasks.
- Contribute to the company's key strategic objective of increasing online presentation and sales.
- Improving the digital shopping experience whilst ensuring that products are presented in an utterly compelling manner, with effective upsell and cross sell tactics in place.
Job requirements:
- Knowledge of WooCommerce and efficient Excel Skills for large imports.
- Qualification in digital marketing and or alternatively similar qualification in retail and/or e-Commerce.
- Minimum of 1 year eCommerce experience.
- You must be passionate about art and and have knowledge about the industry.
- Well organised individual with a high attention to detail and an appreciation for meticulous and accurate processes.
- Positive self-starter with high energy levels, displays initiative, and possesses a "can do" attitude.
- Working as part of a tight-knit team, becoming part of the future of our company
- Attention to detail and great communication skills are essential for this role.
- A quick learner and comfortable working with a variety of systems.
- Strong customer focus - must be able to "step into their customers shoes" and understand how they will perceive our digital experience.
