DMR Onsetter Certificate and/ or MQA Onsetter Certificate where applicable
You MUST submit your proof of training / Skills programme agreement / proof of formal training / workbook of your Onsetter Training Completed.
Candidates will not be taken into consideration without the formal proof of training/ workbook/skills programme agreement
