And they are on the search for a key role player, a passionate and driven Site Manager to lead the way!

As a Site Manager, you were responsible for overseeing all aspects of wind turbine installation, ensuring they were completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You possess a deep commitment to safety protocols and practices, ensuring a secure work environment for all employees and subcontractors. Your ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively has enabled you to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

As our ideal candidate, you are equipped with a trade test certificate or an accredited Construction Management qualification and at least 2 years of experience in overseeing and coordinating the installation of turbines across various wind farms. You have harnessed the power of digital tools like Power BI and Excel to analyse data, identify trends, and continuously optimise project execution. Your experience as a Site Manager extends to the successful collaboration with esteemed global clients, esteemed crane companies, and top-notch equipment providers to manage punch list items and swiftly resolve outstanding issues. Your expertise in communication and customer collaboration has ensured seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will find yourself engaging with a diverse array of team members, clients, partners, and stakeholders. Therefore, your ability to navigate and excel in cross-cultural environments will be the key to your success.   • Trade test certificate
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in managing wind turbine installation projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project completions
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of wind plant operations and management
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine technologies and installation procedures, as well as electrical and mechanical components
  • Sound understanding of technical documents and construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide on-site teams effectively
Responsibilities

Take charge of project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Prioritise safety at all times, enforcing strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Efficiently manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimise productivity and project outcomes. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the installation process, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed. Act as the main point of contact for clients during on-site operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Address any technical or logistical challenges that arise during the installation process, proposing innovative solutions to keep projects on track. Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, detailing project status, milestones achieved, and potential risks.
