We're looking for a Business Analyst (Sales Administration) to join our team at our Cape Town head office, where we operate a hybrid workplace (see: https://careers.ooba.co.za/hybrid-work/).
The purpose of this role is to partner with the shared services head in a trusted advisor capacity, with the aim to: understand and clarify the business intentions, motivations and objectives of our Sales Administration department, through a process of dialogue, debate and modelling. Then document these as a set of business processes and rules, clearly reflecting the various business entities, their make-up, relationships and means of engagement.
Essential candidate criteria includes: 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role and strong exp' in: Documentation; Business Process Modelling; strong business and financial acumen.
