Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the overall operation of the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team
  • Started campaigns and trained and recruited staffs
  • Client management and interfacing
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and adherence to SLAs
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance customer experience
Essential Qualifications
  • Educational Specialization: Project Management
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management and Operation Management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
Desired Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO industry
  • Experience in managing teams and driving performance
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in handling client interactions and building relationships
