You will be a key player in our efforts to pursue, negotiate and secure Paintball Bookings. As such you will work on sales opportunities from coaching; developing & to train your team to successfully create new business that brings value to GlobalMedia Services and our customers. In order to secure our client’s loyalty, you demonstrate a customer-centered focus both in the sales phase, and customer service phase.

Experienced Sales Manager with:
- At least 24 months experience in a Team Leader/Leadership role – preferably in a booking centre environment
- Proven ability to drive business to achieve desired business goals
- Proven ability to facilitate & present to groups
- Proven ability coach in booking centre environment
- Proven ability to lead and manage
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Qualifications
- Matric
- Minimum with at least 2 years managing staff at managerial level in a Call Centre/BPO environment
- Understanding of Call Centre operations in terms of how people and technology work together for business optimization
- Must be willing and able to be flexible as we operate a 24/7 business
- Developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
- Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed
- Generating innovative solutions to work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities; challenges the status quo.
