Role Overview
As a Consultant, Administrative Operations, you will be responsible for executing key operational processes to ensure smooth and compliant business operations across assigned market(s). This is a hands-on role, focusing on managing and drafting contracts, compliance, documentation, and process improvements to support our business. There is also a strong emphasis on execution, problem-solving, and process optimization. This is an individual contributor role.
This is a permanent position based in Cape Town, following a hybrid work model that requires 2 days in the office per week. The role includes a 6-month probation period.
Key responsibilities include:
- Draft, process, and manage end-to-end contracting process for independent talents
- Draft, process, and manage end-to-end empanelment/ vendor registration process for clients
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients and talents, ensuring satisfaction & timely resolution of operational issues
- Conduct background checks & ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements
- Handle global mobility tasks, including work visa applications, relocations & tax compliance for independent consultants
- File & maintain consultant, client & company documentation
- Any other Operations-related items
- Identify & refine operational processes to improve efficiency
- Automate manual workflows to reduce administrative burden
- Keep systems & records updated to ensure accurate tracking & reporting
- 1+ years of experience in Operations or Administration, preferably in contracting.
- Thrives in a start-up environment, demonstrating strong ownership, adaptability, resourcefulness, and tenacity.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy.
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
