Minimum Requirements For The Role
- Must have a Financial/Accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience is essential
- Must be computer literate with SAGE experience advantageous
- Must be a team player with strong leadership skills
- Planning and reporting skills.
- Must have a valid drivers license with own reliable transport
- Administering control over raw materials receipts and issues.
- Administering and reconciling monthly stock counts.
- Reviewing the accuracy of monthly sales and ensuring completeness.
- Managing, supporting and training the administrative team.
- Administering sales returns and debit and credit notes.
- Releasing purchase orders.
- Reviewing and analysing the income statement.
- Reconciling outbound distribution costs.
- Presenting monthly results and performance to Management.
- Supporting administrative functions in terms of asset management.
