Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks and support relating to our network of Bitcoin ATMs
- Manage and follow up on critical lists with vendors
- Contacting and following up with vendor representatives to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assisting with phone calls to help troubleshoot issues with vendors and our terminals
- Assisting operations team as needed
- Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data
- Using Excel to analyze and interpret data on a daily basis
- Identify and implement procedures and assessments based on business needs
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 6 months experience in a support, operational or administrative role
- A matric certificate is a requirement
- This job is located in the Rosebank area, Johannesburg , South Africa, a valid drivers license (no vehicle required), or a motorbike and motorbike license is required
- Must be fluent and articulate in English
- Moderate computer skills
- Advanced education and crypto knowledge are not required, but would be advantageous
- Working hours are from 9:30am to 4:30pm
- Experience working for a rapidly growing startup, and managing change
- Experience in financial services, fintech and/or crypto
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains
- General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto
